Charges appeared on the Qwest phone bill for 14.95 from these people I have no idea why. I see they are a scam company on the net

I received my monthly Qwest bill and this bill from Integretel was attached for the amount of 14.95. I know I didn't use this company for anything so, they must find a way to charge for something online. I am so sick of these vultures praying on hard working people, I plan to contact the attorney general of Minnesota about this incident. I do not plan to give these scum bags a dime!!!
