Family Credit Counseling Corporation
Took Money out of Checking account 10/24/05, and didn't pay my bills amount of 369.00. Didn't know until creditors started calling me. Ripoff

I'm Nancy. On October 24 05 Family Credit Counseling too $369.00 out of my checking account to pay bills.
However wasn't aware that bills were not payed until Creditors called me.

I had made several call to them and the only thing I RECIEVED WAS VOICE MAIL AND ALSO E-MAILED THEM AND STILL NO RESPONSE.

THEY SENT LETTER AFTER MONTH SAYING IT WAS BECAUSE OF hURRICANE WILMA. I talked to General Attornies Office in New York State and also e-mailed Better Business Bureau in Pembroke Pine Fl.

I'm am a widow on fixed income and thought my bills were being payed however they were not. I talked to someone from Ge Money and she gave me a new number for them and I called and told them that I needed my monies so that I could pay bills they said they couldn't give it to me.
That evening got call from one of my creditors and she also tryed and got voice mail. And I also went to m Bank and they tryed to call and also got voice mail.
After getting new number one of my creditors called and got ther payment, however none of my other creditors got payments, as I have been following up and only payments made was by me.

On 12/15/05 talking to Family Credit they told they couln't give money bank and I told them not to touch my checking and sent a Fax on12/15/05 pulling out, My Client # was 10515 and team three.

I'm getting very upset over this as I need the other $155.00 owed to me so that I can pay my other creditors.
I went with thinking my bills would get payed and credit would get better, however they ruined it.

I was left in a bind and had to sell everything after husbabd was killed in car accient and left me with tons of bills and felt had obligation to pay them instead of filing Bankruptcy and thought this would be the way out.
I would appreciate all the help I can get on this matter as i need money to pay creditors. Thank You Very Much

P.S.in replay to BBB in Fl they said they would talk to me personally, which 12/22/05, however there has been no response from them. Again Thank You
