I ordered a piece from this company on Nov. 5 and it is now January 1. I was charged for the item, but have seen nothing.

Cut and pasted from my inbox from the order confirmation email. I have tried to write to the company by email numerous times with no response. I see now that this seems to be their standard operating procedure from reading all the other reports here.
As you can see, I also paid for express shipping. I recieved an email on Nov. 24 (19 days after the original order, not what I would call "express") stating that the piece had been shipped. The next day the money was taken out of my account. I have been more than patient with this, but my patience has come to an end.
At this point, I would rather just have a refund than the piece I ordered as all the comments about the artwork here have been disappointing, to say nothing about the customer service.
It seems that posting here is the only way to get the owners' attention, So Greg, get back to me here and lets work this out. Or I could drive an hour and come see you personally. And noone wants that.
