I received an email for a free sample of diet pills, no obligation, pay only shipping $4.95, so I ordered. They charged my account 4.95, I received five pills. About two weeks later, I was checking my account and found a charge of 149.95, be debited from the same company. I called my bank, I did not authorize that charge, or did I receive any more pills, the bank removed the charge. It has been several months, since this happend, I receive a letter from Recovery & Collection, saying they have been contracted to collect on a past due balance for $276.75. Telling my I have thirty days to contact them, or they will report this to the credit bureau.
