I ordered the "free sample" to try. The product did the opposite of what it said it would. So i called to return it. They gave me a return address in florida and a "code" to return it which was nothing but the date. I sent the package back and got a signed return recpt but when i checked my credit card they charged it anyway. So i called the company and was on hold for a total for 5 hours then i got the rudist nastiest operator ever. She told me i had never called (this was my 4th call) she told me i never returned the product. She told me they would continue to charge my credit card cause they do not have the product and it was my problem. And she hung the phone up on me when i asked to speak to someone over her. This is a scam to get your cc number and give you fake info when returning the product and then they never want to talk to you when you call. I have had to cancel my cc in order to stop the charges
