I would like to add to the couple of reports that are already on here about this website (wish I'd seen them first!). I paid them 20 for some straight forward legal advice three days ago. They promise to have an answer for you within 24 hours but I have heard nothing from them despite sending several emails. I have also tried calling the customer service number on their website but it is unobtainable. I am going to try and get my money back via my credit card company but would strongly suggest that anybody considering using them doesn't as you are likely to get ripped off.
