Fraudulent billing to a non-active phone number consumer fraud ripoff consumer corruption

Ild communications sent me a bill for phone calls from utica new york to my old inactive phone number in schenectady new york. This inactive phone has been shut off since july billings state phone calls were made as recent as January.
