My credit is bad so I was seeking a fast hard money loan on the internet. A gentleman contacted me via internet and he had found someone to help me. I was contacted a few days later by Adrian Green. He calls himself Dr. Adrian Green but I dont know why. He definatly didnt help me.
Adrian Green requested $1250.00 up front for his consulting fee and a 5000.00 fee upon closing of a successful close of a loan. Like I said my credit is not good, so I understood that it probably was going to take him a minute and I was willing to pay such a large amount because I felt that this is the price I would have to pay due to my credit history. Plus, I was in desperate need of a fast loan.
Mr. Green told me that even if I was not approved for the amount that I wanted and what my property was worth I would still get a loan but just not as much. He also told me that I could proceed with my plans that I was amost done with the close. Which I did.
Several times he requested some type of paperwork or tasks that were the spur of the moment and he expected them right away. He would not give me a list of what I was going to need so I could be ready for it. For example he wanted me to get an appraisal and I needed it NOW as for the quickness of the loan depended on it. He also at a moments notice called and made me feel like things were coming together at that moment but needed me to wire 500.00 because of some bull about being at his attorneys office and he had to give it to him. My fault for sending it but I am now out 1750.00.
Mr. Green has not contacted me in over a week. I recently found out that one of the underwriters had been trying to contact me and he would not give her my information. When she finally was able to she told me that there is no way for a loan unless my property valued out at a certain amount from the appraisal. Well, it didnt value to what they wanted it to be, therefore, I can not even get a lowned amount of money like Mr. Green said. On top of that he told me that I could proceed with my plans and I did. Now I have people that need to be paid and I am not getting the loan.
The lady that I spoke with asked me what he was charging me and was a bit outraged although she said that she did turn a loan down for a woman that went through Mr. Green because he was charging her a $20,000.00 consultant fee and the underwriter said that she was not going to allow this woman to be taken for that amount so she denied the woman a loan.
Most of this is my fault for being so gullable but after I agreed to Mr. Greens services, I checked him out on the internet. I sure wish I would have before hand. As it turns out he is a consultant by day and a gigalo by night. I guess he can afford to not get back in contact with me although it does prove to me that he is a coward and does not know the meaning of a man.
