On 7/6 I ordered the Tom jumbo swamp lagoon for my turtle SKU#STO1227 from PetBargainsDirect.com on line. I paid with a money order as the company requested, they do not take credit cards. Sent money order #08410250542 in the amount of $27.75 on 7/20/05 I have the receipt and wrote my order number on it too 07-10458 I have not heard from the company since, despite the faxs I have sent, so I went to the post office and found (for the sum of $3.00) that the company has cashed the money order...
THEN I get the lagoon, well the turtle has since died waiting for this lagoon. So I did not open the package and sent it back to the company via UPS. I have no refund nor a lagoon, have not heard from the company. I just want my 27.75 back if you can help. Thank you so much.
