I had a service contract with Verizon wireless company in end of October for my medical clinic phone service.
I had two phone line and each one has 900 minutes usages a month with a rate of $59.99.
I received a billing statement on Dec. 02 with an amount of $380.00.
I called customer service and complained about their fraudenlant billing. One of the representatives told me that they have a company policy to charge one month advance.
They charged me the phone bill which I will use the entire December.
I could not undeerstand how they can charge the phone bill in advance.
