Supportkids is not a honest company and it is not setup for the kids in mine just there pockets they take up to 40% of what the courts set child support. 40 percent is a nice chunk of money. This is not fair to the children.
This company sent my employer fause documents. They also sent a notice to withold income form to my employer without a court or state agency signature and on there website it states that they do not have the legal rights to withold money but thats what there doing. My court order states clear that im to pay directly to the mother and if I default the mother is to return to the court and they will issue a notice to withold and I have not defaulted.
Im not a deadbeat. My daughters are 16 years old and no arrears my job accepted this to cover their self which I think is unfair to me. The michigan law states a order to withold must be signed by a court or state agency not a private company. The mother called them to try and stop them after she found out about the 35% fee and they were very rude to her and hung up on her.
