Lean Life PM is a huge CROOK!!! Buyer beware! First they charged my credit card without my consent and when I called to dispute it, the customer service agent REFUSED to let me speak to a supervisor, refused to reverse the charges and threated to hang up on me. What kind of customer service is that, "Monica"?
To make things worse, I never received anything from Lean Life PM nor did I consent to have my credit card charged $108.07. Per Lean Life "they do not give refunds"... Well I never ordered or received anything to have a transaction titled "refund". They just charged my card and mailed nothing.
I also asked if they have anything on file such as proof of delivery. And "Monica" said "yes"; however, it's for their records only and can not be mailed to me. WHAT!!! Then what type of proof does Lean Life provide that thier product was indeed mailed or delivered like they say. But yet they'll take your money whatout a blink. I never heard of a honest and reputable company doing business like this. What a CROOK!
So what is a person to do... I called the Better business bureau and I'll let them handle it. Lean Life PM... What jokes!
