I placed an order with Satin N Lace Shops on 11-13-02 on the internet. To date I have not received my order, nor can I get any response from the company as to the status of my order. No one ever answers at the number given on the internet for their Customer Care Center which asks the customer to leave a message. I have left messages and made inquiries via e-mail. All to no avail. I would like my merchandise or my credit card credited for the amount spent on merchandise.
