Ripoff unfinished job and overcharged tax and won't re-imburse

I had this carpet service come to my home and clean my carpets. They told me they would move the couches during cleaning. They did not do this. Then they charged $8.00 tax on a $49.00 service. They will not reimburse me nor have they returned the 8 messages I have left for the owner. No one else says they can help.

Their receipt and the coupon does not show an address or city. Only an 888 phone number. But the coupon does show they are licensed and insured with a lic #.

All I want is to be reimbursed for my overcharge. Them not completing the job I can live with, but not overpaying for something. That is illegal.
