Update on bad checks

I finally got my money yesterday afternoon after going through 4 different people. The whole situation just burns me up. My husband called first when I was out of town during my Moms surgery. No response. Then I started calling from Dallas, no response from a soul. I called every dept I could think of and called my manager quiet a few times, no response.

I was on the verge yesterday of filing charges. They gave me such a run around. When people did start speaking with me they were so full of bull that it simply reeked through the phone lines.

This company is a complete and total farce and truly needs to be shut down. This same thing happened to me last month and one of the checks they wrote me to rEplace a bad check even was bad!

WHEN THEY DO MAKE A MISTAKE, YOUR MANAGER WILL CALL TALKING TO YOU ABOUT MANAGEMENT, then you do not hear anymore so when you ask you may be told what I was at the time "All of the Upper Management are on a cruise so we will not know anything about the new positions until their return"

So I suppose while they are boating it up, back home paychecks are bouncing! Funny huh? Sad. I really feel horrible about the people I recruited into this company. I wish I had known. It also is a lot of work for the chump change that they pay.

I feel pretty stupid for having worked for them, I used to put in 5-10 hours a day calling leads and apps.
I almost had a nervous breakdown over this last bout of insuffciant checks, I had checks bouncing and drafts left and right. They knew what I was dealing with in my personal life with my Mom just being diagnosed as terminal and yet it took forever to get any results from them. It left a very sour taste in my mouth about work at home positions. This was a first for me, I wanted to be available for my 16 year old and his football and activities and it was more work and stress than an out of the home job!

I honestly feel that NHCD/GLOBAL thinks that 99% of the people they hire are ignorant, uneducated, housewives / People that they can mislead and that is why they screw folks around so badly. I wish the media would run a story on this company because I could and would give them an earful. They are highly unethical and rude. Yesterday the payroll manager got very rude with me. She should have had sugar dripping off of her insipid tongue.

Last time I had a bad check the head of Personnel reprimended me for posting on this site, whatever! She was about as fake as the company it's own self. I saw right through her. Not the sharpest knife in the drawer by any means!

To sum it up, this company needs shut down, all of the signs are there of poor management, confusion, lack of funds, the bad checks, change of the company name and website the quick change in the conference call lines last month. This is a Micky Mouse organization and I am ashamed I worked for them!
