I would like to warn all that this company will never pay you for all your efforts. I also worked for this company for 2 years and worked my butt off and was told I was a leads manager. After I put in tons of work that I was expected to do like training new employees, keeping up with my hours and schedules, it was all for NOTHING! Only later did I find out that all the people I was training and my efforts were getting rewarded to the upper management!
I was told and told I was making my team and I would be successful, because of all my work I had done for this company. I think it is horrible that they gave most of us lead managers pay to the sr. Managers and not us, that did most of the work and never got any compensation. I think this company was so wrong in not informing us and we should be compensated for all the lost hours and time away from my family and life. NHCD should be ashamed of what they have become and what a insensitive rip off company they truly are.
