Our club started an account with this company and placed our first order on Oct 20. The entire order amount of $836.85 was drafted from our bank, though only $53.40 in merchandise was shipped and received on Oct 25. We were told other items on backorder would be received in within a week.
On Nov 2, we called to request a refund because items were still not received. I was told by "Jennifer" that I would receive the refund within 5-7 business days. I called on Nov 8 to check on the refund, and nobody ever answered the phone after holding 3 hours.
We have sent e-mails and left messages for our salesman, Jon. We just want our $783.45 that is owed to us back. Now, we look online and see that many other schools and organizations are having the same problems with backorders, no refunds, and no ability to talk to customer service. The have taken everybody's money and run.
This company is supposed to help non-profit organizations such as schools fundraise to make up for budget cuts, and they are instead cheating us. There are many other organizations who are in similr situations to us, if not worse because some are owed 10,000-25,000. Please help us get our hard-earned money back!
