After cancelling my automatically renewing subscription in August I was billed twice for the full membership fee (once in September, once in October).
After contacting their customer service center in October, I was informed that they would credit my credit card with the 2 charges. They credited only one.
I had to call back a second time in November to ask them to refund the second charge. A represetative said she found the refunds, but that there was some problem with the billing department and that she would send them a reminder for the second credit.
