A collect call was charged to my phone bill in the amount of $6.25. The call was from El Centro, CA and the phone # was 760-352-9292. The phone gives the number 1-800-944-9646 to call for questions and rates, but no one actually answers that phone! The web page (www.oanwewb.com) is a set-up since there is no option to dispute the charges, but if you want a really high rate loan these are the folks to visit!
