I ordered online and the order was delayed for several weeks. My credit card was charged the day of the order (not proper business practice; should be charged upon shipping). One item was never received. But I was charged for it. One item was defective and I returned it according to return policy. I never got a response or credit for that item. Emails were never answered. Lisa Lyle was very rude when I called her. Now she avoids my calls and emails. She has never credited my account for the 2 items. I would NEVER order from this so called business again and hope no one else will. She is very unprofessional.
