(or) i-tpv.com ripoff they sent me mail i deleted then said i signed up for voice mail service i tried to cancel but got no response

They sent me mail, i deleted it, then claimed i signed up for voice mail. I tried to cancel, i got no response from thier site. I recieved another email, welcoming me, and telling me how to use it. I am calling my phone company to make sure they don't charge me for it. Hopefully i won't.
