Ken Sorrell of A2Z Property Maintenance came to my property and discussed removal of some dead trees with me. We agreed on which trees were to be removed and on a price. We also discussed arrangements to have A2Z perform lawn mowing services.
He returned the next day with an associate and while they estimated 3 hours of work, they were "done" in approx. 2. They rushed to get paid and leave, without allowing time for a full walkthrough, but rather stating that they got them all. They also did not give me the receipt I requested. I later noticed that they had missed one of the agreed on trees and requested them to return to finish the job. Not only did they not return to finish the job, they did not return to do the lawn services we arranged. I had to first rake up the twigs and branches before mowing the lawn myself.
Despite numerous follow up calls and being told repeatedly that they would come out to finish the job, they never came to finish the job. Now, A2Z will not return phone calls and will not come to complete the work for which they have been paid for.
I would recommend people to avoid doing business with A2Z, as they do not honor their word or their work.
