Real Company that works even without the MLM payment structure

I can't help but wonder what caused Rebecca's displeasure with Global Equity Lending. The difference between a legitimate MLM and a Pyramid Scheme is that an MLM offers a product that sells even if there is no residual income from new recruits.

I signed-up with GEL because I lease-option houses, which means that when the people have lived in it for a year or two they buy the place. Well, I sell them the mortgage for my own house at an absolutely normal commission. I never even intended to build a team, but people who know me have been drawn in because they see that there's nothing bogus about it. It's simply additional money earned on top of making a profit on my own property sale.

I plan to get into GRM and get my Real Estate License only because some of the people who have joined under me are Real Estate Agents, and in order to draw a commission from Real Estate Sales you have to have a Real Estate License yourself.
