Charge me when never recieved the items RIPOFF Nationwide

I signed up for the disney movie blub for my son and I never recieved the items now they are charging me 90.30 for the commitment when I never even recieved any of the dvds and they didn't have a number I can call them at.

I just don't see paying for something I never received and I won't!
