If you are considering dealing with this piece of sh*, don't. I promise you will regret it. Zaga Studios is nothing more than a SCAM.
I invested about $2000.00 in becoming a sales agent for Zaga. I was originally told that there would be no cold calling and "qualified" leads would be provided to me for $10 each. This was just his first lie. Once I paid my money he tells me that the leads are'nt $10 each they are $75. Well OK, if they are already screened and have expressed interest in the product (like you say) then I'll try it. So he sends me some leads and not only were they not interested they had never even heard of Zaga studios and most of them were pissed that I even called. Thanks alot Jamie you f*ing dick!
Now on to lie #2. When considering doing this I was told that he would provide to me his "award winning" training manual. But once I looked through it I realized that it was just about 20 pages worth of bullshit hat said just go out and cold-call. Not only was his training manual no help, I have recently found out that every press release written about Jamie on his website was written by Jamie himself. He will also promise you a mentor that will help you sale. Jamie tried to make it sound like he was doing me this huge favor by giving me the best they had to offer. Well if that was your best I'm amazed you made it this far. I was able to talk to my "mentor" a total of about 5-10 minutes.
Even after all this I stuck with it. I never sold one commercial! I signed a contract with them stating that if after three months I was not completely satisfied I would receive a full refund. That was January and it is now August and I still have not received a refund. When I would call him to try and get my money back he acting like I was the first person who ever asked for a refund. He told me to send in anything I had dealing with Zaga and he would refund my money.
After a couple of months of him avoiding my calls and emails I finally talked to him and this is what he had to say: "I had no idea that the contract you signed had a money back guarantee" Now what CEO of a ligitimate company sends out a contract that they have never even seen?
So I eventually got him to send me a release statement that if I signed he said I would be refunded. This release statement basically said that I release them from any liability from any debts or somes of money. This when I called Jamie and told him I would not sign this until he revised it to say that I will release Zaga once I'm refunded. This was the last time I had any contact with Jamie and still to this day have not been refunded.
If you are considering doing business with Jamie Brown or Zaga please take my advise - don't.
