Jamie Brown from Zagastudios and George Krajewski from SalesBuzzard who are also associated with former Senator Steve Newman of Virginia, are con artists who wish to steal your money by tag teaming and have no intention of honoring their 100% money back guarantee.
Why would the former Senator be associated with a fraudulent business?
I gave Jamie Brown from Zagastudios and George Krajewski from SalesBuzzard $995 and signed their Indpendent Contractor Agreement. On the contract it has salebuzzard and zagastudios as the header on each page.
Also, in the contract there is a 100% money back guarantee after 90 days for any reason.
I requested my money refund to Jamie Brown/Zagastudios; he asked who did you write the check to, I said to Salesbuzzard, (and on the contract it states who to write the check to -Salesbuzzard).
He told me to consult an attorney and to contact George Krajewski from Salesbuzzard. He also told me that he had better things to do than to be on the phone with me.
I contacted George Krajewski from Salesbuzzard he said that they would need the past 90 days business plan to prove to them that I did indeed made an effort and then they would make a decision within 14 days.
I faxed George Krajewski all my 90 day business plan immediately. After the 14 days I emailed George Krajewski about my refund and this is the last email I have from him, and this is word for word from George Krajewski/Salesbuzzard.com.
The email states " Mark - either you want my help or not. We had been contracted by Zaga Studios to sell their business opportunity.
Since our last discussion (and some heat on him regarding this issue with several other
distributors), Jamie Brown at Zaga Studios has relieved us of our duties with his company.
Jamie claims to be honoring customer refunds but has instead chosen obfuscation and outright lying to avoid doing so. We refuse to work under those conditions.
I thought that you could use some of the information I have in trying to secure your refund, but, you are probably correct, it is a needless conversation. Go ahead and deal directly with Jamie.

I want you to know they have not given me my refund and they have not given a reason.
They continue to tag team me by sending me back and forth between the two of them. These guys are con artists and scammers. The FBI would like to investigate frauds and scammers.
And to anyone who works for these guys and enjoy defending them, I've got one question for you - why don't you ask these two idiots why they aren't refunding my money?
I really don't care about how good they treat you guys. All I want is my money back, otherwise you're working for a couple of con-artists!
