Like many others who have filed a report against WSA, I too, feel very Ripped-off. They misrepresent their expertise and the cost associated with their mailing program is ridiculous. They provide vague lists, with no focus, and hard sell you on doing mailings in the thousands at a huge cost. Once you buy in they try and up sell on more lists and their other services. Once the mailing is completed, they send the letters to you for you to bring to the Post office. There is no method or focus on the individuals that are receiving your resume. This is a gross over-priced and oversold service. This company takes total advantage of individuals who are out of work and need assistance with find a job. Please be-ware and don't get muscled into their finding a needle in a haystack approach.
