Rude, wrongful accusations Ripoff

Wal-Mart

Last night I was a victim, I was in the tool isle looking for some Dremel Tools & accessories. I found what I was looking for. I noticed an open package in front of the accessories I wanted. I proceed to remove the empty package and get the full one behind it. So after doing this a Wal-Mart associate comes and says did you just open that and steal it? I said no it was already open I just moved it and got the next package and put it back, he SAYS no you stole it I seen you!

I was like what? Your crazy well at this point he was calling for asstance on his little radio these two guys come over and state they are Wal-Mart loss prevention team. I was like whats the deal? He says did you take something with out paying for it? I said no, he says well this guy says he seen you steal the contents from this package. I said that's Crazy I moved it when I got a pack behind it then I put it back! He says no you stole this, and then he says what do you have in your pockets?

I said Cell phone car keys and money and visa check card and drivers license.

He said could I search you? I said sure I have nothing to hide what's so ever. Left pocket cash visa card ID. Right pocket cell phone and car keys

Back pockets nothing and I only had 2 items in my basket dremel cut off wheels and gallon of milk. I said where is the Stolen merchandise? He says hang on a minute talks to his friend comes back and says your going to be arrested for shoplifting. I said what? I stole nothing you did not find anything on me so how could this be.

So they try to separate me from my kids at this point his coworker friend starts trying to pull my kids away, now my youngest is screaming daddy daddy. His friend yells at my kid SHUT UP STUPID LITTLE KID YOUR DAD IS IN SERIES TROUBLE. So a crowd is getting to watch the commotion and this one lady steps up and says do not yell at his kid like that.

So now my daughter is screaming crying for me, well this off duty sheriff walks up and offers asstance to US. He asked what was going and he gave my shot to tell my side first so I explained it for him. Well the store loss prevention guys tell their side. So the first store associate tells his story but he changed it up now.

The sheriff asked him are you sure you saw him open the package and REMOVE the contents of it? Remember you are filing a complaint so do not lie or falsify your story that becomes perjury.

He says no I did not see him but he put the empty pack back but had noting in his basket or pockets after they searched him. He said ok then they walk me to this back room sit me down with my daughters, I am there like 45 minutes. Well I see the police come in and they are talking all of sudden they all run out.

Come to find out they had busted an actual shoplifter at the door with a pocket full of merchandise! And he had items in his pocket from the isle i was on being accused of. Well 10 minutes later they come in and said ok you are free to go,

I said what? They said oh we got the guy who did the shoplifting and you're in the clear.

I got little no apologies and no I am sorry or how is your arm after we jerked you away from your kids and no sorry for yelling at my daughters. I never was so outraged in my life.

Get this I was told to exit the store Quickly as possible do not talk to anyone, also was told to come back tomorrow to finish my shopping. I said screw that I am never coming back and I am going to file a lawsuit for wrongdoing and slander and the mental abuse and phyiscal abuse.

And 3 people came forwarded and offered their contact info for being a witness.
