We own a indie record label, West Side Mobb Records and we use the internet to sell Cd's on sites that have Cd submission service like CdBaby.com. We found this site call musicfist.com which is owned by Bill and Lou Inc, from what we understood from the site information. They would set us up a web page to display our Cd on their site for a $15.00 submission fee which is reasonable, they even asked us for a user name and pass word so we could enter the site once it was set up. They also encourage you to pay online through Pay Pal a trusted service so your site will be already set up when your 6 Cd's for submission arrive in Mansfield, Ohio.
After 2 weeks we still didn't see our web page and we had delivery confirmation that our Cd's arrived, so we tried to contact them by e-mail from the e-mail address they got on their web site. All e-mails came back, the addresses was no good. So we sent an e-mail to the e-mail address on the Pay Pal receipt, it didn't come back but still no response from Bill and Lou Inc. We got in touch with Pay Pal and they gave us a phone number to call, we did and got a man who say his name was Bill and he said they got our Cd's and money and would have our site up in running in a few days. We transacted the business June 22 and to this day we still haven't got any service from Bill and Lou Inc, (aka) Musicfist.com, Music-Buffet.com. So to all Indie labels, indie producers, indie artist who are trying to get their music on the internet. BEWARE OF BILL AND LOU INC, because they are a fake Cd submission service out to rip you off.
