Maria Kracko is a house cleaner and she ended our business because she claimed I was inconsistent and she did not want to do my laundry — which I asked her to do and which she agreed to do, as well as confirmed her appointment with me.
She has a bad knee which restricts her ability to do her work properly.
I believe she shouted at me and discontinued her business with me simply because she gained a new client.
Bottom line: an inability to work properly due to physical impairment and wishing to ditch me for another client (who probably pays her more) is my reason to lodge this complain.
