90% of the cell phone calls are dropped every 10-15 minutes. I reported it several times. First, they send me a new phone and charged me $300. Oo saying, it was damaged. Now they are saying that atleast a few phone calls are longer than 10-15 minutes long. So, the manager says, that's all Cingular can provide us. They cannot fix my problem because she's not a person who go out and fix things. She had the most attitude, even after I explained the situation I am in. She admit that I am in the best coverage area. So, why are the calls been dropped every 15 minutes? Well, she says, "Go figure out"!
