Charges I did not authorize-calls I did not make-RUDE service Ripoff!

I got my cell phone in January with a plan for 2000 bonus minutes for the year those were for peak minutes only plus I had the usual 200 peak and free weekends and evenings every month. When I first got the phone the billing was done correctly, but after about 6 months I started getting billed for all of my peak minutes, and started checking out all of the numbers I called and there were numbers I did not know. I called the numbers and no one knew me and I did not know them so I called Verizon and they said "the computer doesn't lie you made these calls" They were beyond rude to me, so I said I was watching my calls and was calling back if I had this problem again. Well, the next month the same thing, but I also noticed that calls were being placed to numbers that I DID know that I HAD called before, but they were being placed when my phone was not on, because I was at work, or even better, I was in another state, but the calls were being placed from my home state! Not possible! I called again, and got the same story, I wanted to know how I could prove anything, but the lady did not know.in September I received a $300 bill (compared to the usual $40 bill) I knew something was going on. I called Verizon, yet again, and the man told me that due to the September 11th incedent their main tower was knocked down because it was on top of the world trade center building and the signal had to travel further so I was billed extra... I argued that was something I could not help, and he said it states in my contract I have to pay anyway, I did not have my contract, so I could not follow up. I called again the next day and the lady said " he lied to you" I was so lost as to what was going on, so she explained that my plan had expired, I used all of my 2000 free minutes. Well of corse I did! I was being charged for calls I did not make! I added the minutes of calls up and it came to 1233 minutes of calls I did not make that used up my free minutes! I was treated so rude by EVERY single person I spoke to, so I asked to speak to a supervisor who called me a bitch, laughed at me and told me, "just break your contract and give me your credit card information to pay this" I was not being rude to any of the people I spoke to until this point when the supervisor and I began shouting at each other. Another thing is I had to call 911 and was billed $4 for the call! I had to call 3 times to have it removed! (emergency calls are free) I was not out to get anything free, but I'm not out to give a million dollar company a dollar more than I owe either. I absolutly do not recommend Verizon to anyone! One more thing, In July I made a payment with a Visa MAC card and the payment was deducted from my account the next day, well, my January Visa credit card account (not the same card) was billed. I called to see why and and was told that they never applied the payment back in July so they did it in January, and they should have sent a letter or called (I never received either) I actually did not even have the card in July that they just billed, I received the card in September. My bank is looking into this now. Seriously, I do NOT at all, in anyway, recommend Verizon! They are just theives!
