I am a once fellow victim of this ugly and crazed fasciest. Now, with the help of the New York FBI, she has been indicted, and my name is in the "TIMES UNION" newspaper of Albany.
She knew I was a torture survivor from all of the books that are out now; "Eternal I.V. Pole" The Chain Saw Man" "The Chain Saw Man Cometh-Sequal II", and now "Songs of Milkweed; A Gift From The Fields." I am very poor and have a terminal condition, as was known by her.
She treated me like a child, as Martha, or Kelly, hoped myself as being a religious leader will keep me quiet in the hazy midst of her endeavours.
She literally swore at me, and when Martha wrote a rebuttal back in May of Martha Ivery said to me regarding how life has made me feel, including the bitch herself, "Life is what you make it" and, "You didn't fail because you're handicapped; You failed because of you're crappy attitude." (Like I wanted to be brutally tortured and imprisoned and taken away with gun bearing guards, as well as raped and molested for years on end-a woman of God and the Buddha!)
I told this incredulous fasciest, that when one is handicapped the world does not want you anywhere near it's meagerest of perimeters, and no one cares about you, especially when one is dying, which I am, but am also nearly totally blind from birth.
I had a paper trail over ten miles long, due to myself not owning a computer this past time, hence there was all of her crazed and dellusional lies for all ot see.

I, like all of my fellow victims, will get my day in court at last in Syracuse, as she is facing a possible prison term of 20 yrs, with well over $200,000.00 in restitutions.
According to the Federal Bureau, I was able to supply them with the most information, as it all corrolated perfectly with particulars that they encountered during the last three long years.
As I said in the Times Union, "She pretended to be a friend" as I am a shut-in, ans Martha opened up herself to me where I am a professor of religon, but one whom is dying.
According to the bureau, public information that is harmless, "my" case was the most sad and tragic out of all of the over three hundred individuals, or fellow authors.

She earnestly believes she can have the upper hand, the last and final word, which this woman is extremely dellusional and carries characteristics of paranoid schitzophrenia, as I studied psychology, as all of we people of the "cloth" must study this important subject.
She even as went as far and brought from out of extinction-my post traummatic stress disorder from years of being in prisoned and tortured, and starved to death, as Martha Ivery HAD these copies of photos that are published in my book "Eternal I.V. Pole"-she STILL devised her crazed and twisted schemes that only prove her incredulousness.
Martha Ivery is profiled as a "pathological liar", however to myself, she is so much more than that-Martha is an anarchist to the extreme and one who freely practices emotional blackmail, which is illegal everywhere.
I will see her sentenced, and this will not only be MY reward, but one for the world. For fellow writers everywhere.
