I went in and purchased a 2pc china cabinet on 5/1/06; today I learned of my second non delivery date. Today is 06/5/06 now the scheduled (if you can call it that) is now the end of June.
Marlo offers products... Makes a promise of delivery of said product... Cant make delivery, but sure can take your money.
Customers left in limbo. I am left to go out and further shop for an item I should already have. OR CONTINUE TO WAIT!?
The manager of the store (JOEL TEIGEN) has little empathy as he seems to smile while telling that you can get a full refund. I should get that plus no less than 25% for their failure to deliver as promised.
Marlo Furniture practices bad business. I'm told the manufacturer is over seas. NOT EVEN AMERICAN MADE!!! I asked about more products only to discover that they are all by the same company. More delays!!!
We as customers should be intitled to a percentage refund for every delay! Our money is good - Why should Marlo Furniture be aloud to continue to collect it KNOWING that Marlo Furniture can not deliver the service that paying customers DESERVE!!!
