Ripoff, con artist Herman Deluna putting payroll checks in own pocket

The scumbag Herman Deluna, Operations Supervisor of Alpha Security Hires employees and hands them a check a month later only to be bounced when the Employee tries to cash it!

What makes matters worse, is Three years ago, he refused to pay his Employees Overtime for the hours that they had worked, paying them only HALF their hourly for any hours worked over 40!!!
Not only is this waste of Human flesh breaking the Law, But he refuses to pay his EMPLOYEES at all!

This scumbag obviously thinks that slavery is still legal in the United States of America.

What makes matters worse, is that the LABOR BOARD of Arizona is allowing this Jerk to destroy peoples lives!
