I placed an order of approx. 10 DVDs thru the DVD5.com & never recieved my order. This was my 3rd order[the first couple were OK]
Despite several requests via email for some kind of tracing of my order I never got a response. This is rude 2 say the least & no way 2 treat a paying customer.
I'm just glad I never placed a bigger order. Its frustrating to recieve emails from this lot trying 2 sell me more DVDs when they refuse to respond to my being riped off.
Just beware of this lot, I only got done for 10 odd discs but it still is annoying. Its obviously a shady, hokey setup to, put it mildly.
