Clyde Smyth, owner of electradoc cyber express, inc, also known as eye-d-security, inc., also known as electradoc.com, has written to his employees NSF paychecks he refuses to cover. There also remain unpaid wages owed for which no check has yet been written. Clyde Smyth claims he does not have to pay and we do not have any recourse because he is incorporated. At least SIX employees are holding checks returned by VALLEY NATIONAL BANK, NYC with the NSF stamp. I am holding check # 1188.
He no longer even makes a pretense of offering to make good on these bounced checks, and it has been six weeks. He hides, and has changed his cell phone. His business phone, 212 269 3223, at 80 Broad street in NYC always goes to voice mail.
He is a worthless scumbag who stiffed his employees for anywhere from three weeks to over a month of pay just before christmas.
