Deceptive, POOR Customer Service, UNTRAINED Reps

I was a customer with Sprint for 6 years and stuck by them up until they decieved me. I was going to cancel back in April and the cust "un" service rep talked me into staying if they gave me 1000 minutes for $50 per month. I stayed. I went to "check" to make sure my plan was correct on the website. When I checked it, it said i had 700 minutes for $50 it also showed i had used 200 minutes so far. I called and talked to another "un" service rep who told me she would "backlog" my 200 minutes and change it to 1000 minutes. I went back to the website and the "minutes used " said 0 minutes used.
Well little did i know that the "backlogged" minutes were "hidden" until it was time for my bill. All of the sudden the 200 minutes "counted" and I was left with a $229 bill.

Why wouldn't the minutes be left on the website so I could track them-they were also not "there" when i would check minute usage on my phone.

I decided to cancel then and there-the $150 cancellation fee didn't bother me as much by that time. Since I have my own business, I needed to keep the same # and the dumbass that I talked to who "cancelled" my phone told me that the # would transfer over to the other phone co. Even though it had been cancelled. I was without a phone for over 24 hours and found out the # could not be transferred or "ported " over unless it was still active (I made it VERY clearthat I needed that number to transfer over) I, therefore lost business for almost 2 days.

I had to reactivate my Sprint phone. When, after hours of technical difficulties on Sprints end, the number got over to the other co., Sprint didn't cut off their end of the phone line for 24 hours. I was getting calls on BOTH phones (some calls came to new phone and some to the old phone). I didn't have voicemail set up on the Sprint phone anymore, so i had clients wondering what the heck was going on.

If anyone has some advice for me - I have sent a letter to Overland Park aboutone week ago and haven't heard a peep. I do not plan to pay for the 200 minutes. I'll agree to pay only for the $50 taxes. That is all i feel I owe
