Sprint representative told me $0.05 per overcharges. Sprint representative told me that $10.00 for 100 minutes overcharges could be adjusted after I got my written bill.
$713.12 bill with only a $75.00 adjustment does not even come close to reasonable adjustment. Received a bill with 1142 minutes overcharges at $0.45 per minute, including checking voicemail for $513.90. Add in $24.54 sprint surcharges plus $73.70 for government taxes and fees.
I am severely hearing impaired and currently unemployed. I have to replay voicemail several times to figure out what is being said and I am being charged $0.45 per minute for this.
Sprint could have adjusted the overcharges to $0.05 per minute and I would have been satisfied that the company heard what I said. Sprint could have done the $10.00 for 100 minutes and I would have been satisfied that the company heard my voice.
Sprint could choose to work with customers as their advertisements state they will.
