Ordered 2 cartons on March 28. Money was withdrawn that very same day. Product WAS NEVER shipped! I too feel like an idiot for being scammed this way as I have ordered my share of products over the internet with no problems whatsoever. This company does not have a working phone nor a working email address.
I have even sent them a letter through snail mail with no response. My advice to anyone would be: If there is a customer service number or email address listed for your compnay, call that number and email them FIRST!
Don't place an order unless you can verify these things. I didn't and now I am out $50.00 I would also be leary of Smart Smoker.com. I placed an order with this company on the same day and did not get a confirmation. Just an error screen. Not knowing that the order went through, I ordered from buy cheap cigarettes. (as mentioned before, BIG mistake) I did however receive my order from Smart Smoker, 3 weeks later. But they do not have a working phone or email also!
This leads me to believe that these companies could be one in the same. They assume because I received 1 order I am content. I spent a total of $100.00 between the 2 companies and only received 1 order. Still out $50.00 with no hopes of getting my money back. Do not deal with these companies!
