Ripoff, billed account, 4 times after they not allowed to, and will not answer questions in requards to billing did send product nore refund

This company commited the follow act internet fraud and represent themselves to be unable to help get information on how to get the sent a evelope the contain nothing, when contacted the refuse to refund money to account, to the tune of $299.00 they explain there is no refund policy. And still have not sent product. They have also contuied to charge the fees that were not told to me in the beging. Please contact me as soon as possible in requards to this
