Was charged for voicemail in my Sprint Phone Bill and said I ordered it on the Internet said I received free coupons and I never when I called the Phone Company they said that I had to take it up with the Voice mail company I called them and send them a letter its been 2 months and the i still haven't heard a response from them and I could lose my phone service if I do not pay for this Talk to my sister 3 hrs away and this same thing has happen to her to Hoe can we stop this from happening. Our local phone company won't help with this matter. Thank you
