I was contacted on March 15 by a company called Sureway Beneficial. They had all my information already, so i just confirmed. I was told they would deduct $249.00 from my account on March 30th, then after that i would recieve a credit card with a spending limit of $2000.00. I fell for it, times were hard and I needed to build my credit. Stupid me. $249.00 was taken out of my account on March 30. I was too late. I went to search for thier website to find out why haven't they contacted me after i left numerous messages at thier customer service line. I got the run around when i called to make a complaint.
My bank says they took the money, but Sureway says they never took any money. Please help, I need my money back
