I have been fighting with Integretel for false billing for the past 4 months. After 3 months of calling them to have misc charges removed from my phone bill such as Members Edge and AccessOne Comm., I have another charge pop up on my most recent phone bill. I am being charged for an "Operator Assisted" phone call from Erie, PA 814-899-9003 lasting 8.0, charge of $6.25.
I don't know anyone from Erie, PA and the day in question my entire family was out of the state. I realize that this is not a great deal of money but I am so infuriated that I am being scammed every month. I phoned Sprint and asked them why they let this company just charge anything they want to unsuspecting consumers.
I was informed that it is my responsibility to make sure the billing is incorrect and deal directly with the company that charged me. This is total bullshit. Every month I call Integretel, they issue me a credit and the next month it's something else that pops up. I contacted the FCC and filed a report but I'm still dealing with this fraud every month on my phone bill.
