In California my Cigular bill was detailed with the numbers called or text so I could see if the charges were valid.in Florida, all Cigular does here is put my number on the bill and shows about 3 times the activity and tells me they do not know who I called or texted. Also there are high direct billing charges that they tell me they do not know why but I must have requested it or someone in my family did. Charges were made even though the phone was off. No explanations, just more and higher cost each month no matter what. Cingulart does not care if I am being mischarged by somebody nor will they tell me where they charges came from. No e-mail address for customer service and the reps just deny everything and insist YOU must have made the calls or requests, end of discussion. I have requested a block on all text, media, dowmloading, etc. I have told them I want voice service only, nothing else. If charges keep showing up, I will get a lawyer and take them to court. They seem to just want you to pay for any claimed charges, no questions asked.
In California, at least I could see what was being charged and why. It seems likes the California Cingular area is not even the same company as the Florida Cingular area! After you buy the service the local reps just tell you "You will have to call the company" answer for everything. Before you sign the contract they seem to know everything and want you to believe they are there to help you in every way and at any time. My wife and I curse the day we got the Cingular phone.
