I contacted team usa moving to move my stuff from denver co. To atlanta ga for my job. Everything went smooth until they did not show up on the designated time and date. I could not contact the driver and was stuck in atlanta for three days without my belongings.
Finally they showed up very late at night and with only one driver i had to help him move my stuff in. After an inventory my toolbox was missing. The driver said that it might have been left on another truck and wrote it on the bill. I called their main office the next day to report it and they said they would handle it and call me back.
After two days i called them back and they gave me the runaround. They told me to call the driver and the driver would in turn tell me to call the main office. After a month of this they told me it would not be possible to replace the toolbox and tools which were probably stolen by one of the drivers.
I heard of three other people who had stuff missing after team usa moved them so that is why i am on this site.
