Ripoff puts FALSE information on my credit report DULUTH

My credit report is showing false information reported by OSI PORTFOLIO SERVICES. They charge an outstanding claim for ATT in the amount of $149.00. THis is false, and I am appaled that such false information can be so easly added to one's credit report.
