Cavalry portfolio sent me a letter claiming that I owed $158 to AT & T. I sent them a letter with confirmation of receipt verification through the USPS, requesting a copy of their claim or judgement.
I have still not heard from them, yet they posted the negative information on my credit report with Experian.
If anyone has any input on how to get back at companies who do not follow the Fair Credit Reporting Act guidelines, please reply.
