I requested an item via the fine internet before December. After numerous attempts to receive item, I requested a refund.
I still to this day have not received the refund or the item. I took the liberty to contact the local Chamber of Commerce and was directed to contact Suffolk County Office of Citizen Affairs.
I wrote a letter and mailed out immediately.
Needless to say, to this day I still haven't heard or received a refund.
The information I received from the Chamber of Commerce is that there are numerous complaints on this company and they are unable to do anything at this time.
I hope something gets done!
