Called this company on March 17 for a problem with our satellite television. Nobody showed up that day. Called again on March 18 and was given the number of the guy who was supposed to do the repair to call. Called him and nothing happened that day either. Called Saturday mornig March 19 and was told by the repair guy that he would give us a call around 1:00 pm to make sure we were there. No phone call no show up or anything. Now they don't return our phone calls and won't answer their phone.
Anybody in the Quad Cities area that wants satellite tv should use a more reputable company that will service what they sell. Called Dish Network and make a complaint with them and will be making a report with the Better Business Bureau first thing Monday mornig March 21.
